Paper Submission Guidelines

Guidelines for the Submission of Abstract:

You need to set up an account with EasyChair before you can submit your abstract. Go to and click “create an account”.

Submission of abstract is open from January 15, 2022 until March 15, 2022 (EXTENDED until 12 midnight of March 31, 2022). The abstract must not exceed 250 words with a maximum of 7 keywords. It must be written in Times New Roman, font size 12, single-spaced and must be submitted as a PDF file. The following specifications must be also followed:

Title: Do not capitalize all the words


  • Underline the presenting author’s name
  • Order: First Name – Middle Initial – Last Name
  • Separate co-authors’ names by a comma
  • Place the contact details of the corresponding author after the list of affiliations
